How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped out the next day, but please note that some compounding orders may have a processing time of 5-7 days. Rest assured, we will reach out to you for confirmation before proceeding with your order.

Are there any medications that you don't deliver?

Most prescriptions can be conveniently shipped through the mail. However, for S8 medication, you will need to sign for the parcel and provide identification upon delivery.

How do I transfer my prescription to your service?

To transfer your prescription, simply reach out to Heathershaws Compounding Pharmacy at (03) 9509 7912 or email us at dispensary@heathershawscompounding.com.au with the necessary details. Leave the rest to us!

Do you deliver to my area?

We offer delivery across Australia on business days and provide in-store pickup daily. Please be aware that cold pack shipping is only available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Metro Melbourne. Kindly note that we do not offer international shipping.
